We've migrated to a new site! Check it out:
🚨Ladies and gentlemen, we have an important announcement to make 🚨
The AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES Wiki has migrated off FANDOM and has found a new home! Welcome to the AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES Wiki on Miraheze!
https://t.co/9tUTmWUvCv
Quick aside, things are being added to the wiki, but don't expect to see massive updates and full summary information until the mod team (myself included) is done with the game
No Sleep For Kaname Date has officially been released as of yesterday. I hope everyone is getting a chance to enjoy this new adventure in the AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES franchise
*cries in delayed shipping* 😢
This will allow you guys to peruse the wiki without concerns
In the meantime, I do encourage everyone to give feedback on the current state of the wiki. Any pages you think should be fixed or changed, any blatant mistakes that should be addressed, any content you want added.
With No Sleep For Kaname Date on the horizon, I want to remind everyone of the Wiki's migration over to Miraheze, away from Fandom, where we continue to update and improve our site.
With our new Spoiler Toggles, navigating the wiki is safer than ever: https://t.co/9tUTmWV3s3
I mainly say this because we are no longer moderating the Fandom site, so spoilers may crop up unexpectedly over on Fandom.
Our Miraheze wiki will moderate spoilers for AINS until our team is finished with the games. They will be on a separate spoiler toggle from everything else
No Sleep For Kaname Date from AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES interview: “I believe the quality of this game is so high that it could be a legitimate number “3” sequel” | Loot Level Chill
Where does this all fit into the overall story?
https://t.co/IyyxVkkPnZ
—They thought about making this a crossover with ZE at first, but felt it would make things complicated and decided on simply adopting its DNA
—The final escape room is so hard that even Yamada struggled with it, and he already knew the answer!!
And that's it! End of thread.
I'll give some loose recaps from the new interviews that just dropped. You can read them in the tweets I retweeted before this.
—No Sleep started development in Apr 2023 and seemingly wrapped up by around June this year. That's right on the cusp of 2 years
he didn't have much trouble writing within the established AI series, but did struggle with the new characters
—Figuring out who the person inside the "Coffin" in the trailer is a pivotal part of the mystery. So I'm expecting this to be a late-game reveal
