@PunjabGovtIndia The decision of the @PunjabGovtIndia to give basic or dc rate in probation is causing youth to opt for Canada . For 3 years a youth( graduate) is paid dc rate ie 10 k after putting all the hard work . This merely causes exploitation and demoralises the youth to work in #punjab

For equal work @PunjabGovtIndia is giving dc rate for 3 years making them financially unstable, with 10k salary for 3 years a student feels exploited , demoralised and disheartened @BhagwantMann ji. #Punjab @AamAadmiParty

2. The Hon'ble High court of Punjab & haryana passed a judgement to give full pay to newly recruited employees in probation , but our @PunjabGovtIndia instead of accepting it , moved to Apex court . What does this shows? For 3 years youth feels exploited in the name of probation.

@piyush_garg_ Another attempt to exploit youth. Previously it was DC rate pay for 3 years for Graduate employee now forceful implementation of 7th pay commission based on joining after cutoff date of 7-7-2020, even though recruitment got finished much before that date. Dirty Punjab politics.
