This is one of the areas of the stadium ....which fills me with awe , each time that I stare at it !
I keep going to the stadium now and then .... I mean ... the early mornings usually ... when... I am able to better connect with nature , somehow .
There lies a sudden quietness about this place , as if , the other fellow members of the morning , have all together overlooked this area . I do not understand it . How come it is, that, no one is thinking much about this interesting vast expanse !
It has a sudden strange uncanny feel about it ..... at least through my lens ... and ..the sudden strangeness of this place , makes it , all the more enchanting !!
I can't help myself from stopping and staring quietly for sometime , each time that I pass by, this interesting expanse !!

ছোট বেলায় একটি সিনেমা দেখেছিলাম - দ্বীপ জ্বেলে যাই। সুচিত্রা সেন-এর প্রতি মুগ্ধতার সূচনা - সেই থেকে। রাধা মিত্রের চরিত্র মনে বেজেছিল বহুদিন । অবশ্য তখন নেহাৎই ছোটো ছিলাম , কতদূর কি বুঝেছিলাম , জানি না । তবে এটুকু বেশ মনে আছে , সুচিত্রা সেনের অভিনয় দেখেই হোক ,বা,তাঁর নিজস্ব চারিত্রিক বৈশিষ্ট্যের কারণেই হোক , বেশ কিছু দিন মুগ্ধ হয়ে ছিলাম সিনেমা-টি নিয়ে । কিংবা ,হয়ত, সুচিত্রা সেন কে নিয়ে ---- জানি না মুগ্ধতার কারণ ঠিক কোনটা ছিল সেই ছোট্ট আমিটার ।
এখন একটু হলেও বড় হয়েছি ....হয়ত ।
ছোটবেলার সিনেমাটি মাঝে মাঝে ফিরে আসে আজ কাল ,থেকে থেকে । তবে একটু অন্য ভাবে যেন । এবার আমি নিশ্চিৎ ! সেই মুগ্ধতা নিয়ে উপস্থিত হয় না আর সুচিত্রা সেন এখন ,জীবনের এই পর্যায়ে । বরং রাধা মিত্র এসে দাঁড়ায় আমার - ঠিক পাশটায় ! বড় নিবিড় হয়ে ধরা দেয় - রাধা মিত্র !! মনে হয় - কোথায় যেন দেখেছি তাঁকে। বড্ড বেশি চেনা চেনা লাগে যেন ....
