There are two things on the MKP which its Former Secretary General raised which are of lawful concern;

1. The allegation that the Official Opposition in South Africa is receiving funding from Morrocco which undermines the Political Party Funding Act

2. The allegation of a withdrawal of R7 million a month from party coffers which is unaccounted for - and may affect the party’s registration status with the IEC

These two things are of national concern and perhaps must be looked into.

The rest was an attempt at charisma and attempts to cast doubts in the ranks of the EFF. Theatrics because the name of the EFF gives traction.

These two things are deeply and lawfully troubling for the MKP

The EFF is extremely stable and performing very well on bread and butter issues in legislatures. Let’s proceed.
