Now flipkart is saying that you have to get a denial letter from oneplus,
And oneplus executive saying I need to visit the service centre!
I purchased 4.2k amount product and i received it used?

So your delivery person doesn't know that in the case of buds there is one SRNO. which is missing in my case at a time of delivery

I ordered oneplus burds 3 from Flipkart,
I received the product today and it's a used product. It was sealed but when I connected the buds to the mobile it said Ashish's OnePlus buds3 !

Also you guys clearly say you have "xxxxx" amount for use but even when we go offline to purchase something there is a whole different story going on !
