Mail them n give your details. They will verify and send u a letter on their letterhead .. it took almost 3 weeks to get mine..

@BabyjohnShaji @Pradeebot @RinuR @upasanasanghavi @BertyThomas @KimsKottayam From the DMO's contact- the person i talked to said to book for the first dose and inform at the centre that its your 2nd dose. The centre can change it to reflect that its the 2nd dose. They said thts all to be done.
If anyone else finds a better option then pls let us knw..

Not particularly helpful. I tried the first number many times before someone finally answered. They gave me the email id. Thts all they are instructed to do and are aware of.

On contacting they asked me to get back to them with a reference number if present on provisional certificate.
Contacted @KimsKottayam n infrmed thm the same. Now Waiting for provisional certificate 😓
