Animals have IQ of 2-7 yr old children and they should be treated at par with human children. Penalties laid down of 10, 20, 100 rs are laughable. Many animals are holy in India, yet disrespect continues.

@raghav_chadha Please take up the issue of road safety next! Indian roads are some of the most hazardous places to be. Suggestions:
1) strict speed limit.
2) strict test for DL.
3) international quality roads and flyovers.
Some leader must bring change before every lndian family loses a child
