Traveled on Train No. 22858 (3AC) on 4th–5th August. Before I deboarded, the housekeeping and linen staff repeatedly asked for tips. The linen staff even said stolen items would be deducted from his salary, making passengers feel guilty. @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial, is this true

I am traveling in 12814 and my PNR is 6600226843. I asked for coffee from the irctc catering service and they told me it's for rs 30. I told them to serve 20 rs coffee which is there in irctc menu but they refused. Have 3rs more n charged 27

He called me to save the feedback. He offered me a 71 refund. After a long argument he offered the same refund which the chat bot suggested. What was the point to connect. Asked to disconnect at 11:48 and he did at 12:44
