@CADMHC @KPMemberService @KPSCALnews my elderly parents were treated very rudely at Kaiser. A grievance was filed with no response even a week later. Is Kaiser up to the task of taking care of its senior patients?

@KPMemberService @aboutKP I’m disappointed and frustrated with your treatment of your senior Medicare patients. Multiple staff were rude to my parents, gave inconsistent directions (confusing them further) and would not fill out forms. (1/3)

@KPSCALnews @KPMemberService if you and your staff are not equipped to work with senior patients, you should not offer a Medicare advantage plan! I am horrified at your staff’s treatment of my elderly parents.

@BlueShieldCA I just found a great pcp at Stanford & learned 2 days ago that BSCA dropped Stanford. I’d rather switch insurances than switch doctors & will suggest that our employers drop BSCA if you can’t sort this out with SHC. Please do the right thing & finalize a contract.

@Schiphol I’m flying out on a 5:30pm Iceland Air flight today. How long are the security lines? I don’t want to get there too early but I also don’t want to miss my flight. When should I plan on arriving at the airport?
