@duckieeee2008 @JoeBiden Cheep flights came with deregulation. Deregulation also caused rampant cuts in customer service, overbooking and poor business practices. Why shouldn’t a company be held accountable?

@GlennMa65034985 @JoeBiden They should be responsible for their own screw ups, they used to do this stuff. They stopped and no one cared. Why is it that poor customer service is acceptable now. Americans treat businesses like they’re doing us a favor taking our money.
