Added song PDF controls for one- or two-column layout, gutter width, stanza names, lyrics, chords, comments, title, artist, key/capo, and footer formatting.

Improved setlist PDF layout and formatting.

- Added initial support for Nashville Number chords (e.g. "1" "♯3", "♭5", "1/3"). While the chord editor currently doesn't directly support editing/creating such chords, chord names entered as "custom" chords will be parsed correctly if they follow the correct format.

- Added the ability to individually toggle whether or not artist name, key, capo, tempo, and song duration details are displayed in the song lists.

- Transposed chords may now display a double-flat or double-sharp modifier. Exporting songs with these modifiers to e.g. ChordPro will automatically simplify them to their enharmonic equivalents.
