@Aetna I switched to Aetna August 1st & your company seems to be delaying my medical care. I should have had an MRI last week. Still waiting for Aetna & your 3rd party company to get it together. Ridiculous. Doesn't matter if I'm in pain or not. Sus.

An award named for an athlete who walked away from fame and fortune for a life of service in the military - is being given to a prince who walked away from a life of service and military obligations, so he could pursue personal fortune...
Do I have that right?
#MeghanMarkleAmericanPsycho#ESPN#ESPYS#PrinceHarry Dear @espn, read page 130 of #SPARE , where this sociopath wants to blow up pa. And tell us WHY you are giving this tosser the Pat Tillman award? A real hero. Who died for his country! Call ESPN AND COMPLAIN!
ROYAL CONTROVERSY: The decision to name Prince Harry as the recipient of the Pat Tillman Award for Service has drawn criticism from none other than the mother of the late Arizona Cardinal and soldier. https://t.co/79FPqEAcge
Don't forget, Harry is trying hard to bury this story. It's up to us to keep it on the front line. HARRY DELIBERATELY DESTROYED EVIDENCE IN HIS COURT CASE!
The mother of Pat Tillman, who enlisted in the military after 9/11 and was killed in 2004, says she was not consulted on the decision to select Prince Harry for the ESPY award named in her son’s honor. @KellyCobiella reports.
This is big.
War hero Pat Tillman’s mother has slammed ESPN for giving her son’s award to Prince Harry.
Mary Tillman said: “I am shocked as to why they would select such a controversial and divisive individual to receive the award. There are recipients that are far more fitting. There are individuals working in the veteran community that are doing tremendous things to assist veterans. These individuals do not have the money, resources, connections or privilege that Prince Harry has. I feel that those types of individuals should be recognised.”
Tillman was a star of the Arizona Cardinals who was killed in Afghanistan in 2004 after enlisting in the US army following the 9/11 attacks.
His award is “given to a person with a strong connection to sports who has served others in a way that echoes the legacy of the former NFL player”.
Harry fits that category in only the loosest possible terms and the choice has caused understandable controversy among some Americans, given it is usually handed out to unsung heroes, not preening princes looking to turn around record low public approval ratings.
“But other sources say that Mary and her family members were kept abreast of previous honorees, including last year’s winners — members of the Buffalo Bills training staff who revived player Damar Hamlin after he suffered cardiac arrest in the middle of a January 2023 game.”
There was a reason the mother stated she was not informed about this one. ESPN knew exactly what they were doing. They knew the mother wouldn’t approve of this because this is not the type of winners she wanted. So glad they’re getting this backlash. This is a complete PR nightmare for ESPN and they deserve it. They can back that clown all they want. But the simple fact of the matter is they could’ve picked so many more deserving people.
Thanks, MRC for sharing this.
