Just can’t rationalize paying for this platform after playing a big role in building it (free of charge) for a number of years.
Kevin Harvick indicated it is better for NASCAR to use data to help determine penalties as he felt it wasn’t used a couple of years ago when he and Chase Elliott tangled at Bristol. Harvick also said a one-race suspension was appropriate for right-rear-hooking another driver.
