Our friend and comrade Marika Sherwood has passed away at the age of 87yrs old. Marika supported our work with our Claudia Jones Research Project and many events in London and Oxford. A brilliant and beautiful person.
The history profession owes a debt of gratitude to Dr Marika Sherwood who has sadly passed away. She was a fearless, indefatigable, and inspirational figure who will be sadly missed.
