Booked a new Virgin installation in Nov 2018 but no action taken. Chased and booked to complete today and guess what? Its been cancelled with no explanation. Angry doesn't even explain how I'm feeling right now #virginmedia

@virginmedia Originally advised it was a new construction and local council permission granted. Then told permission not needed and now told local permission required and the initial application has lapsed. So unsure if what the truth actually is. Virgin unable to give a final date.
