@rchids @Markus4Ward2 I can answer that. I was one of the teachers on the team who was declared surplus. Essentially, we go based on Social work referral and we help manage/support behaviour concerns in the mainstream classroom(inclusivity!)And we build capacity through implementation of strategies.
