@bchesky I am a host in both Cameroon and Canada. The challenges faced in Africa as a host are very different from what We are used to. The market here is different and Only someone hired locally will be best equipped to help improve services for both hosts and guests. A local like me ✋🏾

@bchesky Increase your presence in Africa. Open offices here as well as the demand for airbnb rentals has skyrocketed in the past years. Covid19 hasn’t affected Africa as much, so tourism is still soaring.

@bchesky Offer interior design services to hosts (at a discounted price if able). To do so, you can Associate with verified local interior designers and charge a small fee for every customer they get through airbnb. This would not only create jobs buy also help them gain more visibility.

@bchesky Increase cash flow for 2+ year hosts by depositing a percentage of the money payed for future stays into the host’s bank account as soon as a booking is confirmed.
If the booking is cancelled later on, airbnb can deduct money from the next booking.
