@SBoy_23 The Mimic didn't replace Burntrap, Burntrap/Glitchtrap are still a character and the Mimic is a whole separate one, however you do still bring up a pretty good question, who does this room belong to? Charliedoor and the notes imply something like the souls still being around

@FunGame1737951 Maybe I'm not being clear, but basically, I enjoy the spin-offs for what they are, other than hints towards the main lore, but I realistically have no reason to revisit or talk about those stories other than for the hidden lore

@Boosckey @agony_addict Also, for someone who's worked for Glitchtrap, Gregory also says that he has no clue what the Mimic is, even though GGY was the closest to Glitchtrap, so clearly they have to be separate

@Boosckey @agony_addict HW took place before SB, however the Vanni network was clearly made after SB, since we do see that Fazbear Ent. at some point after SB came to the basement to investigate and they made the Vanni/MXES security system

@Boosckey @agony_addict The Mimic only mimics behavior, not entire personalities, we see this in SOTM and Ruin, however GlitchMimic theory contradicts that completely, because Glitchtrap acts NOTHING like the Mimic, he's egotistical, observational and VERY patient, whereas the Mimic is the opposite

@Boosckey @agony_addict Not just that, but you forgot to mention, when the Mimic takes a persona, his personality DOESN'T CHANGE, because if it did, the Mimic would be harmless whenever he puts on a suit, since only Edwin's persona should be the violent one, therefore Glitchtrap can't be a "persona"

M2 cannot exist without taking someone's personality, hence the name "The Mimic", M2's anger comes directly from Edwin, that's why he creates the ProtoMimics, and also why he doesn't have his own voice, he reuses all other voices
