That's because it's 0400 in the US no one is up which is your largest player base. Unless there is a legit fix once morning hits in US East this will be back down again. Not to mention all the people that refunded the game and people who gave up trying to play. You said this yesterday around the same time and then, like 2 hours later, it went down again. You need to release a formal update with exactly what the cause was, what you did to mitigate the issue, and what you have planned to resolve issues like this in the future. You need to let the players know the full incident report. Just posting "it's fixed" won't cut it because you have been wrong already. Be transparent and now you also need to tell your players what you will be doing to compensate them.
