@DaudiKabanda Nt at all, Ndugu. Da issue with Dr. Muganga is da partial declaration o citizenshipโhe declared Uganda & Canada bt omitted Rwanda. Even after being presented with immigration facts & asked 4 proof o renunciation, he continued 2 deny Rwandan citizenship.
