Rosie Motene sues MacG for R1 Million in defamation lawsuit

According to ZiMoja, former Generations actress Rosie Motene has initiated legal proceedings against controversial media personality MacG for defamation.

The lawsuit came about following comedian and actor Toll Azz Mo's criticism of Motene on Podcast and Chill.

Toll Azz Mo, also known as Mongezi Mahlangu, accused Motene of supporting Lerato Moloi's rape allegations against him.

Motene, feeling attacked, is demanding R1 million in damages and a public apology from Podcast And Chill.

Toll Azz Mo was not served the papers despite being the one who slammed Motene, ZiMoja report.

Podcast & Chill CEO Bala Duma confirmed to ZiMoja that Rosie Motene served them a lawsuit
