@AashiV00012 Company did not want to bare the cost so they did no provide replacement. They only give repaired PCB that is useless. My friends and I got alternate model POCO X4 Pro 5G instead of poco x3 pro.

If yes, then the has main PCB issue and there is global shortage of spare. Talk to company or Service Center about replacement. Don't take repaired phone becoz after sometime the issue occurs again.

@AashiV00012 No.. some months ago due to spare shortage company provide Redmi Note 10 pro Max then after few days note 10 pro, then POCO X4 pro 5G. Company or ASC did not take you seriously unless you escalate the matter. Escalate this and take alternate model not poco x3 pro.

After complain Mi service center replaced my phone's Main PCB but did not replaced the phone.And also @IndiaPOCO took a month for replacing phone's Main PCB. But issue solved.The Chinese company looted Indians and sent money to their respective country like Britishers once did.

I purchased blindly trusted, pocox3pro,Chinese company's cheap quality phone a year ago from my savings. Phone's price 20k is a big amount for a middle class family. But the phone has auto power off issue just after MIUI OTA update. Mi intentionally released faulty OTA update.
