@ACTFibernet We have requested for shifting on Saturday 16th. Due to heavy they could not come for shifting, as a human being we understand. But the next day act should do this shifting on time. As same they didnot even care for our office work. Still they are asking for us to wait till 22nd
The worst service.. if we request for shifting they will definitely raise the ticket for network issue service ticket such a great people and dam good service net work. Act will never bother about your issue they just act as"our customer is king ".
