Today, Babe would like to speak out to seek fairness for myself and to protect my right to work honestly and professionally.

I was hired for an event and, throughout the entire process, I was informed by the artist's former manager that the client had already paid the full fee to the artist management company.

During the event, the former manager asked me to assist with additional responsibilities involving the production team, including wardrobe, makeup, hairstyling, and the AR team. These duties were actually beyond the scope of my role. However, in order to ensure the event ran as smoothly as possible, my team and I took responsibility for these areas and personally advanced all related expenses.

After the event was completed, I received information from a senior individual that the management company had only received 50% of the payment, while the remaining 50% had allegedly been transferred directly to certain artists.

To this day, however, I have not received a single baht of payment for my own work, despite being the person who carried out the job and covered the expenses upfront.

I have made every effort to contact all relevant parties in order to seek clear and straightforward answers. The management company has provided a written explanation, as attached. However, I have not received any clear explanation from the other parties involved, nor have I received any response from them up to this point.

What has happened raises serious concerns for me regarding inconsistencies in the payment process—something that should not occur in a professional system where payment arrangements are expected to be clear from the beginning.

For me, the amount of money is not the most important issue. What affects me more deeply is the lack of honesty, transparency, and accountability that should exist in any professional working relationship.

Today, I am speaking out to demonstrate my good faith and to make it clear that I had no involvement whatsoever in any changes to the payment arrangements for this project.

As of today, I have still not received a clear explanation regarding these matters, nor have I received any payment for the work I performed.

เบ้บได้รับงาน Event หนึ่ง โดยตลอดกระบวนการ
ได้รับข้อมูลจากผู้ดูแลศิลปิน (อดีต) ว่า
ลูกค้าได้ชำระค่าจ้างให้กับบริษัทต้นสังกัดครบถ้วนเรียบร้อยแล้ว

ในระหว่างการทำงาน ผู้ดูแลศิลปิน(อดีต)ได้ขอความร่วมมือให้เบ้บช่วยดูแลเพิ่มเติมในส่วนของทีมงาน เช่น ชุด แต่งหน้า ทำผม และทีม AR ซึ่งจริง ๆ แล้วอยู่นอกเหนือขอบเขตหน้าที่ของเบ้บ
แต่เพื่อให้งานออกมาดีที่สุด เบ้บและทีมจึงรับผิดชอบในส่วนนี้ และได้สำรองจ่ายค่าทีมงานทั้งหมดไปก่อนเป็นที่เรียบร้อย

ภายหลังจบงาน เบ้บได้รับข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจากผู้ใหญ่ท่านหนึ่งว่า
บริษัทต้นสังกัดได้รับชำระเงินเพียง 50%
และเงินอีก 50% ที่เหลือ ถูกโอนจ่าย “โดยตรง” ให้กับศิลปินบางท่าน

อย่างไรก็ตาม จนถึงวันนี้
เบ้บยังไม่ได้รับค่าจ้างในส่วนของตัวเองแม้แต่บาทเดียว
ทั้งที่เป็นผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และเป็นผู้สำรองจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าว

เบ้บได้พยายามติดต่อผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย
เพื่อขอความชัดเจนอย่างตรงไปตรงมา
ซึ่งทางบริษัทต้นสังกัดได้ชี้แจงเป็นหนังสือดังที่แนบมา แต่ในส่วนอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องยังไม่ได้รับการคำชี้แจงที่ชัดเจน และไม่มีการติดต่อกลับมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน

สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น
ทำให้เบ้บมีข้อสงสัยถึงความไม่สอดคล้องในกระบวนการชำระเงิน
ซึ่งไม่ควรเกิดขึ้นกับการทำงานในระบบที่ควรมีความชัดเจนตั้งแต่ต้น

สำหรับเบ้บ เรื่องจำนวนเงินอาจไม่ใช่ประเด็นที่ใหญ่ที่สุด
แต่สิ่งที่กระทบความรู้สึกมากกว่าคือ
ความซื่อตรงและความโปร่งใสในการทำงานที่ควรมีต่อกัน

วันนี้เบ้บจึงขอออกมาแสดงความบริสุทธิ์ใจ
ยืนยันว่าไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงใด ๆ
ในรูปแบบการชำระเงินครั้งนี้
