Last week, a novice teacher in Korea tragically took her own life, overwhelmed by stress and lacking support from leaders and colleagues. In another heartbreaking incident, an elementary teacher was physically assaulted by a student in front of her class.

These incidents are deeply distressing, and I don't know from where to start preventing such tragedies from happening again. But I am sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
