Very very frustrated with @OGandE in our Twin Oaks neighborhood. Power has been out since 6:30AM, at approx. 8:45PM replaced a transformer at 178th st restoring power to the street over. Crew left with all customers in the 1500 block of 179th St and 180th St still dark. @NEWS9
