@jthomass0007@UncleJoJo0620@OU_RecruitingHQ I would love for you to list the 6 TE’s with better careers. I could use a laugh.
As for longevity:
11 seasons
15 games/season average
500+ yards all 11 years
How did he get his career-stunting injury? Blocking for an XP. Because he did it all.
@jthomass0007@UncleJoJo0620@OU_RecruitingHQ You’re just remembering late-stage Gronk (who was still a major factor in two SB wins). Prime Gronk was an absolute freak, far better than any other TE has ever played and it’s not close. If we’re just talking pinnacle and not over a career, Gronk is easily the best TE ever.
@jthomass0007@UncleJoJo0620@OU_RecruitingHQ He put up all-time receiving numbers and blocked like a tackle the other 50% of snaps that weren’t passing downs. Put up 1st ballot HOF numbers despite his injuries, came up clutch to win SB’s, and had the eye test factor. Nobody has ever or will ever do it like Gronk. Fact.
@chrisfallica Both teams should be ashamed for not scoring enough points for @chrisfallica. Offense is all that matters according to him. Chris doesn’t want to see Indiana or OSU’s offense that can’t break 14 in the CFP.
This is a terrible Big 10 championship according to @chrisfallica and @dannykanell. Nobody wants to see defense. Honestly both teams shouldn’t make the CFP. #Sooners
Gift from LSU as Mateer almost throws another INT over the middle. I hate to pick on the kid, but you’re just going to get dog walked in the playoffs if he keeps playing like this. #Sooners
Jacobe Johnson with a monster pick. #Sooners continue their habit of huge turnovers after rough plays.
Personal foul the play before the R Mason Thomas TD in Tennessee
Flubbed fumble recovery before the Bowen pick in Bama
Now Johnson with a huge INT following the targeting
@captfoss@GabeIkard @Bdrumm_Rivals If you’re cool burning a magical season and historically good defense banging your head against the wall with this offense, that’s your prerogative. The QB play could not be worse and they should consider shaking it up.
@captfoss@GabeIkard @Bdrumm_Rivals One spot start isn’t going to tell the whole story with Hawkins, and people who would know say he looks drastically improved from last year in practice. And I don’t need to watch the all 22 to see happy feet, missed throws, terrible decisions and lack of points on the board.
@GabeIkard @Bdrumm_Rivals Hawkins needs to at least have some packages against LSU. The QB play could not be worse than what we’ve gotten since the Texas game. Happy feet, bad decisions, missed throws, no results. Need a change.
