@AirCanada I still haven’t received reimbursement for the expenses I incurred as my flight was cancelled by Air Canada labour disruption. I have sent follow up emails but no response whatsoever. I see people getting e-transfers, etc from Air Canada.
You could have managed this whole situation in a better way. Pay your employees, keep them happy. They run the show on ground. They deal with all different kids of people not the higher ups. Just beyond frustrated. 3/3 @AirCanada
They talk about trying to rebook with 120 airline partners but only got limited options. Same 2-3 airlines. What was meant to be a 7 hour direct flight is now a 24 hour affair with 3 flights. Cherry on top, I am travelling with 2 young kids. @AirCanada is the worst airline. 2/3
#AirCanada is the worst airline in the world. Yes, I am one of the impacted because of the strike. Didn’t let us check in and the flight still kept showing on schedule until today when they sent a message about cancellation. Spent the whole day today trying to rebook. 1/3

@hudsonsbay you don’t fail to disappoint. Second time in a couple of months. One thing is sure there won’t be a third time. I learnt my lesson and will never order anything from you again. Your customer service sucks. You promise something but it never happens.

@PassportCan hi, we have a travel date of July 2nd. Just looking to get an update on our passports. We also submitted a request online on last Monday but we haven’t heard back anything. Our passport mail out date was May 30th. Can you help?
@hudsonsbay your customer service is so disappointing. Your reps all have different answers to one simple request for refund which has been pending for weeks and I still need to wait more. #beyondfrustrated
