@Robinhocfc89 @Headteacherchat It’s really not. It’s massively demanding and honestly you’re comparing apples and oranges, they’re totally different jobs.
@_MissieBee This explains why my child’s teacher this year marked one of her SATS practice Qs incorrectly for a similar reason. She was FURIOUS because she is a perfectionist (ASD & hates getting things wrong) & had the answer correct, but her teacher insisted it wasn’t clear. She is 10.
@sainsburys They don’t. They told me they cut up every card in there (except bizarrely my driving licence - which your online policy suggests would be gone 🤔)
@sainsburys - please explain why Pepper Hill branch cut up all my cards (including debit, credit, loyalty cards & my daughters disability access card) when my purse was handed in - that doesn’t appear to be part of your policy & is going to take time & money to replace them all.
@sainsburys And the disability card? This is going to cost me money to replace and will take a while to arrive which is going to disadvantage my child 😢
@maharmer@mradamkohlbeck @Nikki__Sullivan @MrsSpalding I’m new to post and been tasked with creating one - any chance you would mind sharing with me also at all please? 🙏🏼
@sharon_wisner Yes - not even the “old days” - I’m only 38 and remember this from my childhood. Not just milk either - orange juice in glass bottles and bread too.
Best guess is that these companies went out of business as more families moved to both parents working?
@DanielTMR@branwenjeffreys This will only become worse as less students are prepared to run up those loans in arts based degrees and the talk of student loans not being given for arts based subjects 😢
@LawAspi @BowdenAesthetic@sainsburys I know you shouldn’t have to, but can I recommend an access card? You have to give evidence to get one and have photo on so more likely to be accepted.
@zcapp96@AshValeCommuter@fesshole Literally seconds before reading your reply said to my husband “I don’t think the Marlowe has EVER checked our tickets at the door.” 🙈
@Biol_DrOg That would be absolutely fantastic! Thanks so much. I’m just starting out as a T&L lead and finding it really useful to look at what others are doing and what direction we might take the PD programme into in the future.
@missdcox It’s amazing how quickly the extra days here and there add up (E.g. most schools here break up for Xmas on 19th/20th but another school near us with a 2 week Oct HT don’t break up until 22nd Dec, start on 31st August, use INSET days etc.
