So disappointed in @cineworld customer service, or rather lack of it. Firstly your unable to contact a cinema directly which is so daft and the bloke today couldn’t even call them. He had no number aparently which is a joke when yesterday someone did try calling. So disappointing

Very disappointed with my L’Oréal Paris Preference hair dye, as the colourant gel is completely missing out the box. Obviously can’t dye my hair without that. Not like it’s money I can afford to waste either @LOrealParisUK please ensure all boxes are fully stock checked in future
