They do this to little girls every single day because men won’t marry an uncut girl. In Somalia, they do it in private homes with no anesthetic. In the US and the UK, it’s done in doctor’s offices with modern pain meds, but that doesn’t make it any less barbarous.

This is what feminism was born to fight, but modern liberal feminists turn a blind eye because it goes against their narrative about how white men are the epitome of evil and Islam is a religion of peace. They ignore unimaginable female suffering because the people causing it aren’t the ones their ideology tells them to oppose.

Visiting Piddington was a deeply moving experience.

Speaking to the local people whose lives are being turned upside down.

Hearing the sense of powerlessness they felt.

Just imagine what it would be like to live in a tranquil village of 350 people in Oxfordshire.

To turn on the news and learn 1,250 illegal migrant men from countries like Afghanistan and Sudan were about to be dumped into your village.

Right beside a children’s recreation area, in which your own children play.

Imagine knowing the Home Office felt it necessary to issue such men with leaflets informing them that raping children was illegal in Britain.

A mother told me she was taking self-defence classes with her daughter.

A father told me his daughter’s childhood was “over”.

They’ve sent hundreds of emails to MPs and received no reply.

What kind of a government does this to its own people?

Please never forget the human cost of the betrayal of the political class.

They are ruining lives.

And will not stop until they are voted out.

lIf you do anything today, watch @MaeveHalligan at the Cambridge Union. I genuinely think this was the first time many people in that room were confronted with the hard reality of the trans debate, rather than the slogans that usually surround it.

@BuckAngel was exceptional: calm, articulate, humane. Ultimate respect.

And then there was Helen Webberley. I remember once thinking the criticism directed at her by GC women was excessive, especially the claim she was ‘pure evil’. After hearing her speak, I no longer think that. She is totally insincere. I can deal with hard ideologues- they believe they are telling the truth; they are genuine, @HelenWebberley is different.

One audience member, a trans-identified male and former patient of hers, stood to speak during points of information. His account of how he had been treated was deeply disturbing.
