"Yesterday was another real career highlight for me, actually seeing snow on Holy Island, also known as Lindisfarne. 🤍❄️

​For anyone who doesn't know it, Holy Island is a tidal island off the Northumberland coast, famous for its causeway and being cut off by the sea twice a day. Snow here is incredibly rare - the island's exposed coastal position usually stops snow from settling, especially in scenes like this.

​So actually making it there (and trust me, that wasn't easy) and witnessing these conditions felt pretty special. I would have loved to stay longer, but with the tide on its way back in, it was very much a case of admire, photograph... and make a careful, quick exit 🌊" -Sophie.
