@ScotRail been waiting for the 12:35 from Edinburgh Waverley to Musselburgh to be sent to platform 4 then sent to platform 7. A heard of people waiting at platform 7 to be told this might be the 13:35. Can you confirm the platform for the next train to Musselburgh?

@northernassist my mum did a delay repay a couple of weeks ago as her train got cancelled after sitting on it for an hour. It was £6.90 for the ticket and she got refunded £1.73. Can you help? Surely she should of got the whole amount?

@northernassist so she made her way to Kirkgate to see that the 2 carriage train was full to bursting and nobody was wearing masks. So dangerous! Absolutely no compassion from any staff, it’s absolutely ridiculous! 2/2
