@drmartens worst customer service. I’ve checked with all neighbours previously, have been sent a link that doesn’t work. Asked to sign a form I had to wait to print until I had access to a printer. I’m now without money or my boots. CRAP service and these were for my birthday

@verynetwork since Black Friday I’ve had no headphone and no money back. I keep being directed to your call Center who I cannot get through to. I keep asking for you to raise a complaint. This has been going on 8 WEEKS your service is disgusting and I want to escalate

Photos from before I got it fixed and we’ll my fringe still can’t be worn coz it’s broken - joke is, cut was perfect the rest was a shot show. Used heat on my hair with no product too. I can go on
