@Fly_Norwegian That information has been provided although I already know the status of my refund. You emailed me on 27/9/20 to confirm I will be issued a refund yet have failed to pay it despite numerous calls and complaints.

@Fly_Norwegian I have called countless times, submitted claims and complaints (never get a response) and despite confirming you will refund me, you have "failed to process the payment" for 5 months and no longer even fly to the destinationI was going to. Give me back my money!

@jmills1980 @SkyNews They cancelled my first flight and advised to convert to points to rebook to fly later. Did so and now they have cancelled second flight and stopped flying to New York and will only refund the points... they also owe me a cash refund for another flight and won't pay that either.

@SkyNews @Fly_Norwegian Flights were cancelled by them and still no refund received. Customer service is appalling and they no longer even fly to my destination.

@SkyNews @Fly_Norwegian have acknowledged my refund but "failed to process the payment" for 5 months. When you call there is no escalation process, can't speak to the refund dept directly and staff not equipped to deal with any kind of complaint. Email complaint not acknowledged either.
