She is getting stronger. She is drinking some liquids, but still not ready to leave the ICU. #PrayersForSophia #GoSophiaGo

Her BP is looking pretty good, and she's able to keep down Gatorade so they're going to try soup tonight. #GoSophiaGo #PrayersForSophia

They took her off the dopamine, and are weaning her off other meds now so she can leave the ICU soon. #PrayersForSophia #GoSophiaGo

Doctor is cautiously optimistic. Another day in the ICU because of BP meds. #PrayersForSophia #GoSophiaGo

Dr compared operation to laying down sod, and we won't know for at least 6 months if the "sod" will take. #PrayersForSophia #GoSophiaGo

Sophia is doing well this morning! Still nauseous, she's on morphine & anti-nausea meds. Still on BP meds. #GoSophiaGo #PrayersForSophia

Surgery is done! Success! Preliminary tests indicate no paralysis; they're transporting her to the ICU. #PrayersForSophia #GoSophiaGo
