Hi friends 👋

I’d like to share a little story about my first steps as a Collab Manager.

When you’re just starting out, there are always a lot of questions: Where do I begin? How do I build connections? How should I communicate with projects in the right way?

So I decided to reach out directly to those who already have experience.

I sent the same message to more than 20 well-known collab managers. To be honest, I wasn’t sure if anyone would reply. But I told myself: if you want to grow, you have to knock on every door.

And guess what? Out of all those people, only one replied. And that was @Arashseyf 🙏
Not only did he greet me with a “Gm bro” and apologize for the late reply, but he also shared some valuable advice that I’ll definitely use:

🔹 always keep a sheet with all collab deadlines, so you never miss giving spots back to projects 🔹 be polite, respectful and fast when running collabs 🔹 don’t push too much in DMs — no bumping every 10 minutes, just ask nicely

This really surprised and inspired me. Honestly, I expected to be ignored, but instead I got real support and guidance. That showed me what a kind and respectful person @Arashseyf is.

❗ The moral of the story is simple: even if you send messages to 100 people, don’t give up — there will always be at least one who replies, supports you, and helps you take your first steps.

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to @Arashseyf for his advice and for being willing to help beginners like me. It truly means a lot 🙌
