Nobody asked me, but I've some free time, so I'll write what ideas do I have to improve @Sorare. I encourage you to add your ideas - I hope Ceo @ni2las and other employees will look at them and consider them seriously.

@Sorare is a unique product for sports fans around the world. We've famous investors and ambassadors like Mbappe, Messi, Pique, Zidane, Griezmann. These are simply the best people to be here. Licenses for the best clubs from around the world including all @premierleague clubs. Interesting advertisements in various places, e.g. at the largest football stadiums in the world. Competition system with valuable prizes - both virtual, such as cards or eth/cash and real, such as t-shirts, tickets, etc. From the technical side, everything works very well - Sorare is on the Ethereum L2 chain from @StarkWareLtd, the creator of @Starknet, cheap and fast. Everything looks correct from a further point of view, but from a closer point of view, user sentiment isn't very favorable and the average value of the gallery has been falling for several months. @Sorare is an older project and generally newer projects on the cryptocurrency market are better to invest, there're many reasons - all users are new, everyone is excited, there isn't much supply, everyone expects big profits etc.

In my opinion, people working at Sorare should focus on ,,how make Sorare great" so how to create hype, excitement, interest like it was a completely new and trending project and below are some ideas:

1. Announcement of airdrop, which will be available in a few months for @Sorare users - the more you operate on the platform, the more you will get.
2. Create point system like similar to @blur the largest Nft market in the world - points for buying, holding and swapping cards.
3. Announcement expansion of company activities e.g. Web3 social media sport platform for sports fans, Web3 gaming studio, Web3 gaming wallet, nft ticket platform etc.
4. Collaborations with other web3 and game companies - Sorare has a large user base, so the possibilities are huge - e.g. airdrop for Sorare users from a cooperating company once they register.
5. Create new marketing system, e.g. the one we saw in the Portalcoin campaign.
6. Rebranding - ,,we work for our community" - deleting instant buy cards, supply depends on demand, creating a system so that managers can easily sell their cards if they want etc.
7. Daily tasks with prizes to win for everyone.
8. Betting on match results - bet eth/cash, win card
9. 1 vs 1 mode - challenge your opponent, play for money/eth/cards -only you decide what you're playing for with your opponent, you're also the one who sends the invitation or accepts it and and also which match you choose with the cards you have in the club
10. @pranksy is the best ambassador but we need new more big ambassadors from web3 like @ZssBecker @elliotrades @dingalingts
11. Company positioning as web3, gaming, nft, crypto company. I don't feel it at the moment.
12. Burning Sorare cards in some way to reduce the number of cards in the system.
13. Peg card prices only to one value.
14. Adding @Blast_L2 network in some way - this will probably be the largest L2 network for nft or even considering changing from @StarkWareLtd to @Blast_L2 as L2 network provider .
15. Possibility of depositing different currencies on different cryptocurrency networks.
16. Locked card stacking - e.g. card lock for 30 or 60 days for a significant card boost.
17. Focusing on current crypto and nft trends
18. Writing to the top100 - top200 Sorare users in the gallery value - collecting ideas and experiences, involvement in the project ,whales".
19. Focusing on current card prices and values ​​of clubs - good fomo news.
20. Creating Nft collection on the eth network - which will reduce 2nd market fees to 3-4%.
21. Joining the Ai trend - e.g. automatic composition of lineups or automatic suggestion of cards to buy
22. Focusing on current users - If current players are happy and they make money, they'll recommend it and they will invest more.
23. Focusing on users who have left the platform - e.g. credit to spend on cards at the market if they come back.
24. Creating a launchpad platform on Sorare for new projects - like @SeedifyFund
25. Betting for free - daily betting on sports matches on the platform for free - random people who win - win cards.
26. Better marketing - a lot of news that will have a positive impact on card prices - analyzing before adding news whether it'll have a positive impact on the market.
27. Daily drawing of prize for activity.
28. Creating a fair raffle on blockchain for users - so people can create lotteries - that I can place cards there and the drawing is fair.
29. Better affiliate program - where, for example, I'll be able for example to add 10$ for players to start with - if someone uses my link.
30. People managing Sorare should have accounts there and play on a regular basis even @ni2las perhaps it's controversial but i think sorare employees should experience these emotions as the cards rise and fall.
31. New token from airdrop - may just be for different utilities that won't affect the structure of the company like skins, boosts, merch, cooperation with clubs and third party companies, t-shirt draws there are hundreds of possibilities.

53 day left to bitcoin halving, many people are entering the cryptocurrency market, and the biggest wave is ahead of us, many cryptocurrencies will increase a lot, so a large number of people will become rich through investment. There was a @Starknet airdrop recently for Sorare worth 300$ - all you had to do was have an account and make a few transactions. A lot of big airdrops coming soon like @LayerZero_Labs , @LineaBuild , @zksync , @berachain etc. each of them worth even billions of dollars. Additionally, there will be hundreds smaller airdrops. People will have big money to spend overnight - this is where we should look for new users.

More than half of the people in the crypto market could be Sorare users -we've several billion football fans, most of them men. The cryptocurrency market is where most of the attention should be focused in my opinion.
