Been wanted to do this for a while just never committed. I wanna use this to refocus myself going into the new year and prove that I can do whatever I set my mind to. Also what better time to test my self control than the holiday season 🙈
I start 75 hard today which means every day for the next 75 days I will:
-2 separate 45 min workouts w/ 1 being outside
-read 10 pages of a self-improvement book
-drink 1 gallon of water
-Clean eating no cheat meals/junk/candy
-take a progress photo
