@TicketmasterCS@mark95_ What if you got an email saying "you'll get a loyalty code email on 15th August" and then you didn't actually get that email so no discount code received, tickets still available yet can't buy cos never received email on 15th?
@TwitterSupport My boyfriend has been locked out of his account for security reasons. When he logs in it says - confirm mobile however he no longer has that mobile number. Can you please help?
