.@UEFA I have a suggestion: The idea behind the Conference League is to give "smaller clubs" the opportunity to experience European glory.

The final between Crystal Palace vs Rayo Vallecano is the perfect advertisement for the competition.

In order to maintain status quo, any club that has appeared in 5 Champions League campaigns within a 10-year cycle is automatically barred from entering the Conference League, irrespective of their league position.

That way, "smaller clubs have the opportunity to experience European glory."
