@recordstore @DermotKennedy Absolutely gutting,not being able to use pre sale access code as link/website never loaded once!All venues had the same issues and every fan page is saying the same,no one got tickets,yet they are being sold for £404 minutes later on other ticket sites.I’d travel to any show!

@SportsDirect_CS ordered in March, no delivery, no response, no refund. £120 order and a very upset child. I’ve tried to explain the situation, not so easy when their autistic brain doesn’t understand and just thinks no one cared about his birthday! Zero customer service
