@TheRayFlowers@SiriusXMFantasy@Jeff_Mans This one I just CAN'T get onboard with. It's prolly cuz I'm a coward. This presents other issues, one of them being that now you prioritize players on mediocre teams, because they'll actually play week 18. Good and bad teams might rest their superstars.
@Jeff_Mans@SiriusXMFantasy@TheRayFlowers This is the first time it's been addressed for 10 man teams. I'm pretty sure TONS of 10 man teams exist. And those are usually home leagues, which are the best of the best. But no, I've just heard countless times that superflex is a thing of the past
@onlysandro@Jeff_Mans@SiriusXMFantasy@TheRayFlowers I listen live. Simply need to have a rule where you must play to win each and every week. It's not hard to tell if a team is trying to tank. And if they trading to tank, then that's just part of dynasty. They become younger and leaders of league need to compete for those trades
@onlysandro@Jeff_Mans@SiriusXMFantasy@TheRayFlowers Dynasty isn't all about having a team where all players need to contribute that year. It's about stashing guys you think are the future. Dynasty Bestball is completely different
@Jeff_Mans please, just please, stop down talking superflex. We get it. You don't want to have to address both styles and would prefer it to be uniform for the listeners
@Jeff_Mans@onlysandro If the position is that much of a problem, would you play in a league no QBs? Almost all QBs should be getting someone some points per week. Every RB in the league does. Your way just has half of the QBs on a bench somewhere
@onlysandro@Jeff_Mans And to add, it's not quite possible to modify QB scoring since there are 2 types of scoring QBs. But rarely have I seen the QB stacked teams winning last few years. But perhaps that's just my leagues...
@Jeff_Mans QBs are the most important part of any team. They are also 1st drafted in the NFL draft. Why wouldn't our fantasy draft reflect that? NFL and fantasy obviously different, but shouldn't be too different
#AskMansAnything why keep saying it's commissioner's fault for not being able to put Godwin in IR slot? He is questionable in Yahoo. Are you saying we should allow Qs in IR?
@SiriusXMFantasy people that don't want TRADES in fantasy football:
1. People in tons of leagues that don't want to micro manage
2. Radio hosts that don't want to answer specific trade questions. Which is reasonable because that air time is meaningless to everyone listening.
@Jeff_Mans why traded players lose Keeper value? That value should be included in the cost of the trade. It seems that people that play in tons of leagues want trades to be eliminated, because it creates more work. But I'd bet that 99% of fantasy players are in 1 or 2 leagues
@Jeff_Mans Sanders at the end might turn out to be the best even if he never plays for the Browns. If he can harness his inner Deion genes, he should be able to find the inclination to become the greatest against all odds
