NTE doesn’t have it and instead has a bunch of cosmetic options and spending there feels more rewarding.

Personally I’ve always used her and have her at s2 since her release. She can clear either left or right towers by herself alone in ToA.

@teenydashofevil @Riju1T_T When Chisa released she only had one team where she was barely an upgrade over aero rover, a unit everyone had so pulling for her back then wasn’t necessary.

But now multiple characters and teams that she works with are really good and available so she became more needed.
