You should educate your staff to manually enter in the system about what customer say & make that information available to every staff who decides to call random people everyday, multiple time. And has No sense of time to call & understanding either ... @airtelindia

@blrcitytraffic @BlrCityPolice This problem is not only at one area it’s everywhere, most of the time police who is on duty doesn’t bother, people are so use to enter from the wrong side, ride 2 wheelers on footpath, now people who walk n drive in the right direction need to be more cautious. very disappointed

@blrcitytraffic what is happening at Arekere signal..!! The traffic is not moving a inch for the longest time. Stuck in the signal for the longest time. Please look into the matter. It’s more than 20 minutes to cross a road

People who wish to travel towards JD Mara Signal (vega city mall) crossing Delmia circle please avoid as there is a huge traffic jam... it took me exactly an hour to cross that stretch.... @BlrCityPolice ....why is it taking so much time .... can someone monitor ??

And if you are thinking if this problem can be solved over a phone call that is not going to happen Coz consistently our numbers are either switched off or not reachable. Resolve the issue by tomorrow else we will port all the three numbers to some other network. No more patience

@airtelindia now I want to understand few things - when ever my people try to reach me - they get a message saying it it switched off or not reachable now they are super worried if am ok or not .!! I can’t reach them coz there is no network at my place.. how do I go about it .!!
