I traveled abroad with my wife and 1-year-old baby trusting @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp for safety. Instead:

1⃣ An unsafe property (no deadbolts, isolated dirt road, terrible odor, host ghosted us). We had to run to a hotel at night. Airbnb’s response? Charge me 50% penalty for an unlivable space.

2⃣ Emergency booking active for ONLY 9 MINUTES, canceled because parking was 150m away with a baby & baggage. Support claims "it was canceled late".

Abandoned abroad, no proper support, and double penalized for Airbnb's failures. I demand a full refund for both cases immediately.
