To prevent burnout, you must refine our values, needs and motives – what do I actually need from my job, what makes sense to me? You must assess the balance between what you put into our work and what you gain from it.
Rest will do the best service. It can be stretching out, a slow walk in the woods or a drink. Find your style of rest and find time for it every day. Even if you think you don't need it, a short break can help you gain the energy you need for the rest of the day. #rest#selfcare
