@IndiGo6E I don’t know what is the issue with Indigo never experienced such bad service even agter highlighting the issue for last one week getting just standard response. This is worst service I have seen from @IndiGo6E
1/4 Shocking treatment from @IndiGo6E. My senior-citizen parents’ Tommy Hilfiger trolley was badly damaged during their London–Delhi–Kolkata journey.
2/4 My elderly father was made to move between counters for nearly two hours. No replacement trolley was provided.
@IndiGo6E@IndiGo6E quick fact check, if your team has provided the trolley at T3 why they have to wrap the broken trolley at T2. Also from when Indigo is allowing 3 baggage for 2 people? And as per the policy Indigo will keep the broken trolley to provide the new one why it is still there

1. My mom had a wheelchair service ask the person if they received the replacement trolley or not
2. Check the exit camera of t3 in Delhi
3. Check the baggage count at T2 airport as they did recheck in.
This is very very concerning
@IndiGo6E This is very concerning and sad to see such service from Indigo. Probably this is due to one or 2 individuals who didn’t want to change the report so that they can stole the trolley and take it to their home. But an entire team is doing false investigation is very concerning.
@IndiGo6E Asked them to sign the document to collect the trolley even before providing and then said them trolley is not available in your storage and now denying if completely that that you guys have not provided the trolley. Total scam by Indigo
@IndiGo6E Also you can check the cameras in t2 terminal of Delhi airport while recheck in the baggage against this pnr if they have checked in a 3rd bag or not? If you are doing an investigation then do it properly. Just taking the benefits of senior citizens.
@IndiGo6E Dear @IndiGo6E it’s okay if you don’t want to provide the baggage you can say that. Dont say false things. If you really want to check if the baggage is provided send a proof of that trolley. My parents still has that faulty trolley with them
@IndiGo6E Is this how you treat senior citizens? The case was handled by ankit raj singh even after prodviding all the images your employe keep on saying the same thing just to ignore the payment
This is completely false. We have photographs of the damaged trolley wrapped at the airport.
4/4 @IndiGo6E, stop hiding behind incorrect documentation. Provide proof of this so-called replacement trolley, investigate the false report, and honour the compensation already agreed.
