Vehicle number - KA51AF0189 made a hit to my slow speed car and ran away. Tried to stop, but the speed of the vehicle was very rash & was above 100kmph in a traffic region. A lady passenger was sitting and was nervous on the speed as well.

Executive is rescheduling/canceling the complaints without any reason. AMC was purchased as per previous executive’s recommendation.I am following up from two weeks to initiate replacement of the part.Why such ignorance? Current complaint number is 1012745314
