@sainsburys What “channel” would you advise I use? I seem to have exhausted all options with you and have nowhere to turn. There must be someone I can speak to that has the authority to discuss reinstating my account?
@sainsburys I had a delivery booked for today and it’s suddenly canceled!!! Spoke to the call centre and they have told me our account has been closed and no way to reactivate other than “appeal” which could take several days. Can someone please help??
@sainsburys Day before Xmas eve, you cancel my order and my account without warning or explanation and leave us with nothing for Xmas. This is possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had.
@sainsburys Thanks Beth, I’ve just been on the phone with them and they say there is nothing they can do to re-activate the account other than appeal which will take days. This is our Xmas order and we are self isolating so it’s essential we find a way to get our shopping!
@emirates It's not your fault it was foggy and we missed our connection. However, now that we are stuck in a Dubai airport hotel for 3 days the LEAST you can do is get our bags to us. Unhelpful and uninformed staff are not showing you in a good light! Distinctly unimpressed!
